FlowerGuySupply is operated by Dequan Bolden. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to FlowerGuySupply. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.


2. Products & Fulfillment

All items are made‑to‑order through our production partner Tapstitch. This means:

  • Production begins shortly after your order is placed

  • Items are created specifically for you

  • Small variations in color, placement, or sizing may occur

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.


3. Pricing & Billing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in billing information provided by the customer.

By completing a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information.


4. Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on production and carrier delays. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers must follow up with the carrier before contacting us.


5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because all items are made‑to‑order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Color preference

Please review size charts before ordering.

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
