GuySupply, every item is made‑to‑order through our production partner Tapstitch. This allows us to offer fresh, intentional pieces created specifically for each customer.


Processing Time

All orders are processed and sent to production within 1–2 business days.

Because items are made‑to‑order, production typically takes:

3–7 business days

Production times may vary during holidays or high‑volume periods.


Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery usually takes:

3–5 business days (U.S. only)

Shipping times depend on the carrier and your location.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or text. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double‑check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address

  • Lost packages due to incorrect information provided at checkout

If the address is incorrect, contact us within 12 hours of ordering.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Wait 48 hours

  • Check with neighbors or your building

  • Contact your local post office

If the carrier confirms a misdelivery, we will assist with a replacement.
