At FlowerGuySupply, every item is made‑to‑order through our production partner Tapstitch. Because each piece is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes.
We encourage customers to review size charts carefully before placing an order.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with any of the following issues:

Wrong item received

Damaged in shipping

Major quality defect
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

A clear photo of the issue

A photo of the full item
Once verified, we will remake the item at no cost to you.
Non‑Returnable Items
Because all products are printed on demand, the following cannot be returned:

Wrong size ordered

Change of mind

Color preference

Items that have been washed, worn, or used

Sale items or limited drops
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it:

Contact your local post office
If the carrier confirms a misdelivery, we will assist with a replacement.
